Purpose: The Stack tab screen display the stack events that
has been set up for stack notification (Refer to Part 3 par 3.3.1 Set
Notification section ) or a manual event (Refer to Part 3 par 3.3.1 Add Stack
Event section ) created on a vehicle.
1. Select the Stack tab which opens an unpopulated tab screen.
2. The side bar on the right of the screen allows the user to Search for Vehicles or Group of vehicles. (For the search procedure - Refer to Part 3 Section 3.3 for Vehicles and par 3.3.1 for Groups).
3. All stack events will be displayed in the stack section, regardless of whether the vehicle is added to the working list or not.
4. The Fleet Stack filter section at the top of the screen allows the user to enter specific search criteria on displayed stack events. Searches can by filtered by:
a. Status.
b. Registration number.
c. Alias (short name)
d. Classify.
e. User.
5. Click the Clear icon to erase all entered data from the Fleet Stack filter fields.
6. These icons allow the user to page backward or forward when multiple pages of stack events are listed in the Fleet Stack screen view.
7. Details of the selected stack event selected in step 3 are displayed in the Notes section of the screen.
8. Vehicle Details and Customer Details of the selected stack event in step 3 are displayed.
9. Add relevant information on the stack event into the Notes field
10. From the drop down box, select the required Classification on the entered notes.
11. "Click" the Save icon to save the entered Notes of the user on the stack event.
12. To exit a stack event, select the Close button.
